Beer could only make things worse. Friends do not let friend knit drunk. :::wink:::Put down the needles. THEN drink the beer.
Dee--Thanks for the safety tip. Maybe I should buy some straws. Always good to know my knitter friends have my back.
Here's your beer. Now put down the needles! save this project for the during the day sitting in the sunlight.
Seriously, I never understood what the problem was with knitting black. What's the big deal? Then I tried knitting with black. My poor eyes.
I hear ya, Susan... I hear ya... I got a good old dutch Heineken for you!
On the bright side, if you'll forgive the pun, in the dark no one sees your mistakes (including you).
Why didn't I think of it sooner -- you need glow in the dark needles!
Step away from the beer!!!!! LOL My grandmother hated knitting with black, but still made me the HUGE 80s sweater I asked for. Now that I'm a knitter, I understand what a feat that was. I wish I had appreciated it enough at the time.
The hubs wants a black sweater. He's 6 ft. I'm sure you feel my pain. Crack a cold one for me.
Kim, I'm icing the keg for you now. You're going to need it!
