For those of you who read blogs on your cell phone or iPad, I've updated my mobile blogging. This blog should now be easier to read and prettier for you. Thanks, Blogger, for making it so readily apparent that this feature not only exists, but that I needed to switch to draft.blogger.com to access it. Good thing I'm fluent in Snark too.

If I never post again...
It's because I'm taking DD prom dress shopping this afternoon. Wish me luck.

Let DD drive, drink a glass of wine before you go, bring some ear plugs,....
ReplyDeleteNo, I am just kidding. Have fun and enjoy the dress shopping with DD. I am sure you will be successful.
At my Hubby's last school girls would post pictures of the dress they bought on FB so people could try avoid buying the same one. But he was at a small school so it was probably easier.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
Good luck!!! eat chocolate... (have wine later to recover?!)
ReplyDeleteOooooo prom dress shopping. I have faith that all will go well. Yes, wine and chocolate should take care of it !
ReplyDeleteLOL I love The Scream! Have a great time :) If it is any consolation, I remember shopping for a prom dress with my mom, and I always remember it as a really nice time.
ReplyDeletethere will be no screaming. try to convince DD to select something that she won't have to adjust all evening - those strapless numbers can be hellish. I think that one shoulder dresses are all the rage - good luck, mom
ReplyDeleteI remember the shopping fondly too - but I love the scream. Hope you had fun.
ReplyDeleteGood luck! It sounds perfectly terrifying. I'm glad I have a few years respite until that activity with my daughter. The teen in our house is of the male persuasion, and he's perfectly content with thrift store tuxes cobbled together from mismatched parts.
ReplyDeleteWe need to buy a confirmation dress for my 14yo and I am not looking forward to the process at all. It has to be a solid, pastel color, covering the shoulders, and of modest design. that won't be hard, will it? (eek.)
